1. About Kimura NFC

This site is operated by Kimura NFC, CNPJ 61.725.043/0001-29. Contact: kimuranfc@gmail.com.

2. Who the site is for

The site sells review plates with NFC and a dynamic QR code wholesale, to resellers who offer the plates to businesses. By creating an account or buying, you confirm you are 18 or older and that your information is true.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais and depend on the order's total quantity, adding up the colors. The minimum order is 5 plates. The final amount, including shipping, is shown before payment.

An order is only confirmed once the payment is approved. The plates are packed and shipped within 2 business days after that confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is made on Stripe's page, with Pix or credit card. Kimura NFC does not receive or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We ship throughout Brazil. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated by Melhor Envio and chosen by you at checkout. Check the address before paying: deliveries to an address entered incorrectly may require new shipping.

6. Dashboard and dynamic QR code

Each plate has a QR code with a serial number. When the payment is approved, the order's plates are added to your account, and you set in the dashboard where each QR code leads. The dashboard and the dynamic QR code are included, with no monthly fee.

You are responsible for each plate's destination. Using the plates to lead to illegal or misleading pages, or pages that violate third-party rights, is prohibited. In such cases, Kimura NFC may disable the plate's redirect.

You write the NFC chip yourself, with the app you prefer; it does not go through the dashboard.

7. Trademarks

Google is a registered trademark of Google LLC. Kimura NFC is not affiliated with Google. The plates make it easier to reach the review page; reviews and their rules belong to Google.

8. Changes and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated, with the date at the top of the page. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the buyer's place of residence, under Brazilian law.
