Product
How do the business's customers use the plate?
They tap their phone on the NFC symbol or point the camera at the QR code. The QR code opens the destination you set in the dashboard; NFC opens the link you wrote to the chip.
How do I set up the NFC?
You write the chip yourself, with an app such as NFC Tools, using any link you want. NFC doesn't go through the dashboard: the dashboard controls the dynamic QR code.
Can I change the destination after installing it?
Yes, the QR code's. It's dynamic: you change the link in the dashboard and the plate stays the same.
Does it work on any phone?
Tapping works on phones with NFC turned on. The QR code can be read by the camera of virtually any current phone.
What is the plate made of?
PS (polystyrene), 10 × 10 cm and 2 mm thick.
How is the plate mounted?
With the double-sided tape already applied to the back of the plate.
Orders and delivery
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 5 plates per order, adding up the colors.
Can I mix colors in the same order?
Yes. Colors add up for the minimum order and the price tier: 30 black and 20 blue plates, for example, are 50 plates in the 50 to 99 tier.
How long does delivery take?
We pack and ship the order within 2 business days after the payment is confirmed. After that, the shipping time you chose at checkout applies.
How is shipping calculated?
We ship throughout Brazil. Shipping is calculated at checkout by Melhor Envio, based on your postal code.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Pix and credit card, through Stripe's secure payment page.
Can I pay in installments?
For now, cards are charged in a single payment.
Dashboard
How do I access the dashboard?
With email and password. Sign up with the same email you use to buy: the plates from each approved order are added to it automatically.
How do the plates get to my dashboard?
Automatically. When the payment is approved, the order's plates are added to your account with the serial numbers printed below each QR code. Just open the plate in the dashboard and set the destination.
Is there a monthly fee for the dashboard?
No. The dashboard and the dynamic QR code are included, with no monthly fee and no time limit.
What does the dashboard show?
How many reads each plate's QR code received, by period, the latest read and the times with the most reads. NFC taps don't show up, because you write the chip yourself.
Reselling
Can I set up plates for different clients?
Yes. Each plate has its own serial number and its own destination in the dashboard.
How much should I resell for?
The resale price is up to you. Use the simulator to compare scenarios.
